Fantastic place well worth the visit
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A Athis is a massive well built complex, the cleanliness is second to none, the service we got was excellant nothing was to much trouble it was our honeymoon but we took our children 17, 15,9 with us and not once did we here" im bored " . the atmosfear was so warmin and friendly from all the staff
Location
the location is central for hersonissos and malia both about 30 min walk there is a bus stop right outside the hotel but believe the walk along the coast is worth it, there are two supermarkets 2 mins up the road and also one little one in the hotel, excursion are a plenty from jeep safari to water parks. the waterpark called watercity is good value for money it cost us 131 euros for the five of us we were picked up at the hotel at 9am and brought back to the hotel for 5pm
service at the hotel was great for everything there is a laudry room for guest to use but they do a laudry service, the childcare services are brill the animation team never seem to tire of the children and the shows they put on were very funny for kids and adults
Gastronomy
there are two main restaurants, one pool bar, two snack bar all of which have a good friendly services, the food was always well prepared and plenty off and a good selection of differant food types
Sport & Entertainment
there are four pools one of which is adult only, one fun pool with slides, the main pool is where the animation team are most of the time with the kids doing allsort of games from darts to water polo
Room
the rooms have everything you need and very very clean
