A Disaster! *

Despite the wonderful location, the worst was probably the holiday in my life so far. The food was the biggest disappointment. The quality of the pool was possibly in comparable public school canteens. Some dishes were inedible, with poor food choice. Breakfast was served until 9:30 o 'clock, but worth it not hurry, because it anyway already nine o' clock nothing more. It was a Italienreise value, to find out, that the breakfast was instant coffee. First after 30 minutes to evoke repeated requests, to receive anything at all. The staff was competent... It more than two days there was no hot water. Response from the front desk :' Hey the hotel is busy... Our hands are tied.' the hot water supply was first after the complaints to the travel and resident representatives after the threat of two families, the hotel on the third day to leave. The hotel and grounds are bad lead. It is inside the hotel and there is a shortage of parking noisy- 'you can the supermarket parking' (help tip the front desk). The hotel entrance was blocked by parked total cars-tenants, not to mention bring luggage, acrobatic tricks needed. No room service, no concierge, no help with the luggage. If you have children and luggage and the ordinary to help at all with the suitcases asks, said: 'there is a luggage trolley, help yourself'. All in all, you can say, the hotel would be rated in most countries with four stars. It is poor and unprofessional lead. The food was a disgrace. Keep to your stay away from this hotel!
