A disappointing four stars hotel *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe grand Hotel misurina was our second place on our Tirol, South Tyrol tour. The check-in process was correct. The staff was but unfortunately a bit stressed. Probably it was because of the many new guests with many annoying questions. In all, it is the condition of the hotel and the room okay. Four stars? The all inclusive service could be 19,00 o 'clock used only from, before everything needs to be paid in full, although from 14:00 o' clock beginning was the arrival. The big surprise began for dinner. A totally overcrowded restaurant, the beer glasses should be draught juice even a pleasant taste. The meals were the four stars not worthy, all fresh ingredients were usually frozen foods. Kind regards from the beach! The desserts finished products or real. From 21:00 o 'clock the tap was blocked, although 22,00 o' clock all soft drinks and beer included true. It was a small room where a tap until 22:00 o'clock was in use, so the room change. The breakfast was not worth four stars. Juice, that was no juice, but instant powder. Coffee, drinks containing more caffeine. Jam one searched in vain. The scrambled eggs were powder and so on.. Very sad. In the fall of maximum profit here especially instead of quality. Conclusion: two instead of four stars. Only a recommendation which the taste didn't have any requirements and for those that want to be back under people. So you'll have to go to South Tyrol? The region is very interesting whether or not the three pinnacles or Piana (with the shuttle), and so on
