The reservation for three rooms at the grand Hotel Opera on booking. COM, immediate after checking in we intervened at the staff at the front desk and asked for another room. Unfortunately without success!
The assigned room had the standard of a portable-upmarket. Soap, Shower Gel, Lotion Non-Existent.
The breakfast was for a hotel of this category borderline.
In the breakfast area one could take to one of the dirty tables capacity.
