Plus:

and nice city hotel
and relatively newly renovated
and free Wi-Fi
and wellness area (sauna, steam bath, solarium, fitness equipment)
and fresh fruit orange juice the breakfast
and bathrobes and slippers at the front desk (7.5 euro)
and very nice bathroom with rain shower
and four German Channels
and centrally located
and very nice town centre with its shops and restaurants within walking reachable
and price-performance ratio very good

Minus:

-Carpet in the room
-very soft beds
-Two mattresses, rather than a large
no extra hotel parkings (public parking garage, a five-minute walk, briefly park zone in front of hotel

I would again at any time stay at this hotel. Restaurant in the evening I unfortunately didn't try
