Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AMostly the food is strongly neglected. The food is very low, in the evening too expensive. The staff untrained, bored and inefficient. The cleanliness at the buffet and was very poor.
The quality of the food and drinks was maximum 3 star level. The hotelbar were totally overtaxed, that buffet or to keep them clean.
The rooms were daily all towels were changed, cleaned but nothing more. Once in five days of the soil is cleaned. The high-quality bedspreads just stayed on the floor. 5 Stenren you'd expect for a turn-down-service.

Sehr geehrter Herr Stephan!Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback.
Ihr Kritikpunkt, dass das Speisenangebot zu gering sei, können wir leider nicht nachvollziehen. Am Abend bietet unser Restaurant ein reichhaltiges Buffet von verschiedensten Vorspeisen (marinierter Fisch, Käseplatte, Salamiauswahl und mindestens 6 verschiedene frische Salate), mindestens 1 Suppe, mindestens 1 Fischgericht, 1 Schweinefleischgericht, 1 Gericht mit Rind- oder Kalbfleisch, 1 Gericht mit Hühnerfleisch, sowie mindestens 1 Vegetarisches Gericht
Desweiteren bieten wir jeden Tag zwischen 5 – 6 Desserts (wie Torte des Tages, Eiscreme, frische Früchte, Cookies mit verschiedenen Geschmacksrichtungen) an.
Wir hätten uns von Ihnen gewünscht Ihre Krtik noch vor Ort zu hören damit wir sie mit Ihnen direkt besprechen hätten können um etwaige Probleme anschließend bestmöglichst zu lösen. Trotzdem würden wir uns freuen Sie schon bald wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen und verbleiben,
