Delightful
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AA wonderful location right by the station overlooking the lake. It is well worth booking a room with lake views.
Spacious room with air-conditioning that works!
The free coffee 'on tap' to hotel guests was most welcome and somewhat compensates for the lack of tea/coffe making facilities in the rooms.
Reception staff were excellent and efficient.
One 'downside' we found was the breakfast. It is way overpriced, meagre and many items kept running out. The breakfast restaurant is on several levels and thus your self-service food and drink has to be carried up and down stairs unless you are seated where the food is located on the top floor.
Also the Internet facilities are the most expensive that we encountered in Switrzerland at 5CHF for 15-mins!
