Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe friendliness of the staff at the front desk left a lot to be desired. You couldn't handle with complaints. The water in the shower was in the time from 18 to 20 hours in principle not cold or walked on the 12th floor. The ceiling tiles in the bathroom were filthy, the shower stall leaky, the air-con was noisy. The staff at the restaurant, however, was friendly, but moved a during the meals the dirty plates under the nose. 3 Days power outage meant: no cool drinks, no air conditioning, no elevator! 12 Floors walk strict on time really. The quality of the local drinks was miserable. The wine from barrel was undrinkable. it was poured without much love, mixed drinks were in no relation. was apparently also the motto: "quick guests persisted". The food was daily from pork and poultry or poultry and pork, whereas you couldn't define some things. 2 X, there were also fish than burger!!! Salad was great! The pool was with so many rooms, literally about 45 -50 pool chairs, which early in the morning from the guests with hand towels. Beyond the pool is the beach promenade, so that you from 10am to smell the subway digs and loud music around ears and nose. Much too small! Zero entertainment for children! I am counting down at least 10 minutes in the morning darts not one of them! On the beach to the hotel include the farthest beach chairs. (What you by the friendly staff also not announced) more ahead you pay 21 Leva per day!!!! To the rear of the beach then a lucky next to an all inclusive bar "Yound&Easy-bar of the neighboring hotel. Techno music the whole day "relaxation" and now and then a penetrating smell of urine which had from the hedges on the edge of the beach promenade accommodating! So much to relax at the Sunny Beach. Our expectations were met in any way this price!
