Zum ersten Mal auf Kreta und mit einem Erholungsbedürfnis für mehr als nur einen Urlaub war es uns ein großes Vergnügen in einem solch durchdachten Haus mit einer außergewöhnlichen Architektur zu sein. Das Personal war stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und äußerst zuvorkommend. Ein bunt gemischtes, internationales Publikum brachte Kurzweil, auch an der Bar, die jeden Abend sehr gut besucht war. Keine aufdringliche Animation, dennoch einige Sportmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Die Kinderanimation liegt etwas abseits, so dass auch das nicht die Ruhe stören konnte. Strand und Pool sind sehr gepflegt, Handtücher lagen immer bereit. Die Preise für Getränke sind etwas zu hoch. Die in meinen Augen sehr vorteilhafte Flughafennähe bringt leider einige ankommende Flieger mit sich. Wir waren sehr gerne Gast im Amirandes und werden sicherlich wiederkommen.
