Honeymoon with baby *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe booked our honeymoon anlääslich the junior suite - bungalow, our request: ground level - was honored in advance (could not be guaranteed). Size - very adequate, clean, good condition (by contrast we heard of mold in the rooms in the main building). The room service was advertised with cleaned twice a day - evenings there was however only the beds made, unswept or similar (sand). very many Russians - yes it may be with our (people who misbehaved ) habits not always COHERENCE :) Toward the end of our stay more and more families.
Location
By taxi (Famous class - junior suite) we were directly within 10-15 minutes to the hotel. The shuttle runs twice daily within about 25 minutes to Corfu city, a small city, is directly above the bay (circa5min by taxi). A hotel shop sells everything necessary (water, toiletries, nappies, babyfood, souvenirs ... ) and another Markenmode. Attention: many steps within the complex (for example junior suite" and "famous class beach only through steps distance). There are three beaches within the complex - a "main beach" - the largest with beach umbrellas and sunbeds on the sandy beach, on lawn and stone floors - beach during our stay was always full of and the beach chairs were already reserved in the early. The 2 . Is very small and narrow next to the sports center (Aquaski, tires and so on - Motorboats continue directly next to it. The 3. Beach is very nice, quaint, only for Famous class guests reserved with each 3! less than 1 large umbrella and immediately prior to our bungalow through a small staircase. We rented a car for 1 days and drove the north, north-west and the north-east comfortable in a half day from with stops at a tavern.
Many pluses, a very bad point (hence the bad reviews) : staff very friendly, our customer service was very hard, at the front desk were partly forget wishes. German, English, Russian were what I have heard. We could replenish themselves in German without us and English. In the room you noticed our increased demand towels (baby) were immediately several in addition every day. As our baby got a rash (sweating),, we demanded a doctor - within 15 minutes of rooms, detail that the doctor on children specializes in was, she speaks German, very friendly, was directly with our travel insurance usage. Big problem: During the day we arrived arrived VIP guests (according to conversations with other guests and our experience after normal), which stayed 10 days. They made a few bungalows with the villas and all of a sudden it was called for security reasons for us was the Famous class beach closed!!! (In their brochure, with direct access ("Ground floor Suites: A country-style suite on the beachfront with direct access to Famous class beach") advertised. This was rejected without compensation or similar at the prices fit the price/performance ratio was not!!! The declaration: we could have gone to a villa, then we even to the beach. so my partner and I were busy all day long in order to make between the room and beach going back and forth to: our baby to wrap up, and warm up your food to to get you to sleep, and with the rash we were bound to the rooms, as we could find no lounge chairs on the beach in between. Thank God we had the garden overlooking the empty Famous class beach as the VIP guests with your yatch (directly in the bay) parked all day on the road. I might as well in a normal bungalow area. The last 4 days later, we finally got it on the beach and we knew (thank goodness :)) how nice and especially relaxed we could have had it. Finally contacted the supervisor our travel company that we received at least a travelvoucher. From the hotel there was no efforts!!! According to other guests from there would be no response regarding sides of the hotel. Complaints about condition of the rooms in the Hauothaus. There is an impression that only especially important people that feel, the other guests.

We booked half board, food was plentiful - wanting for nothing, immaculate, no culinary excellence (sushi, fresh salmon, fruit, pancakes, firscher juice and so on varied for breakfast, dinner meat, fish, vegetables, very good desserts :)). We ate in the afternoon fruit from the room (fruit basket filled every 2 days) - was enough. Rates at the pool and beach bar succulent - for example 10€ for a plate gr. yogurt with fruit or toast nothing special) 16€. Even the drink prices I thought it was overpriced - for example espresso about 4€. For the 2 a la carte restaurants were per person in the evening. 11€ Was taken into account in the dining and Gretränkepreisen not much! - didn't use 1 times per where in the a la carte restaurant lobster/food, 5 course meal with reservations for 60€ (11€ already been deducted) - which we didn't use it.
Sport & Entertainment
Nice-oriented pool, fitness room with common equipment, evening entertainment (singing, folklore evening) There are 5 computer with internet access, very slow and constantly occupied - you have to longer usually (10-15 minutes).
Room
Our junior suite had a mini-refrigerator, air-conditioning, TV, safe, telephone. The bathroom was large enough with shower, WC, a large washstand (could be used by us as baby changing facilities), hair dryer. A full length mirror in the bathroom, poor Berleuchtung throughout the bungalow, no makeup mirror. Condition flawless.
