Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AA pure beach holiday, only suitable for families, because of the extremely loud children's music. The hotel know that there are great deficiencies in hygiene and cleanliness. The pool area and the whole outdoor area were really nice and clean. The bar staff warcäußerst friendly and helpful, the front desk staff was rude and annoyed, the cleaning lady cleaned after mood, sometimes good, sometimes not at all. Toilet paper you got only after repeated requests. Unfortunately, there was also the bentour Austria team no help with our boredom, they offered us only way too overpriced activities (rent a car for 150 €per day!) even in Austria the only cost 55 €. Pure rip-off, and the activities desk of bentour and the hotel, for example you pay for Turkish Hammam 35 €for an hour and a half, the treatment takes only 15 minutes but an hour and a half instead of pay, insolence. The use of the tourists only from, and unfortunately, you could see that quickly. Your activities take itself, by bus or taxi (you should definitely negotiate the price before departure) or directly with the friendly and independent water sports team, right on the beach. Among the many guests were very, very many Russians, the rude staff mob and behave as Sir would anyone else, really extremely disturbing. Moreover, I recommend this hotel to people who are on a diet, the food is not that great. Tip: don't forget your sun cream (the costs there! 26 €), and Bay you for your hard-earned money a hotel, this is certainly krin 5 *, but at most a three star hotel.
