Disappointed-wellness is different *

A couple vorsorgl should call in advance to secure, on or before arrival must be further applications. According to the information of the staff member would suffice, when we arrived to book. Unfortunately were then all applications written off. The wellness area is spatially separated. The dubbed 'wellness pool' is located in the building next door. The rooms were not lit or heating. According to the brochure existing jacuzzi turned out to be 1 nozzle in the poolside. Headroom in the pool, not suitable for swimming. The sauna area consisting of Finnish sauna, steam bath and Tependarium was very disappointing. The Finnish sauna was room for three people, but it was very old and not pleasant to use. The steam room was okay. The Tependarium unfortunately not heated, so not usable. We had booked a four course menu in the evening. Wine prices 30 euros per bottle of okay. Wait for the starter: 90 minutes. Wait Between starters and main courses 60 minutes again. Complaint with the chef and the service staff brought a coffee on the house. The breakfast buffet the next morning was very disappointing. We had paid for two nights, but after the first night left. The reaction of the lady at the front desk was very professional!

Lieber Arne,zunächst danken wir Ihnen, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, uns Ihre Eindrücke über Ihren Aufenthalt in unserem Schlosshotel in Schorssow zu schildern. Nur so haben wir die Möglichkeit, unsere Schwächen zu verbessern.
Die von Ihnen berichteten Fakten und Ihre Verärgerung können wir gut verstehen. Wir möchten Ihnen versichern, dass wir stets bemüht sind, dass alle Gäste einen angenehmen Aufenthalt bei uns haben. Wir haben bereits mit allen Abteilungsleitern gesprochen, um sicherzustellen, dass sich derartige Vorfälle in der Zukunft nicht wiederholen werden.
In unseren Hotelausschreibungen haben wir stehen, dass sich das Schwimmbad in der Residenz und die Sauna im Schloss befinden. Dieses war baulich anders leider nicht möglich. Jedoch sind wir darüber verwundert, dass unser Schwimmbadbereich nicht beheizt und beleuchtet sein soll. Dieser Bereich ist täglich von 08:00 Uhr bis 20:00 Uhr geöffnet und hat eine Wassertemeratur von 29,6°C sowie eine Raumtemperatur von 30°C und ist zu den Öffnungszeiten stets beleuchtet. Einen Whirlpool haben wir für unser Haus nicht ausgeschrieben. In unserem Schwimmbecken befinden sich eine Gegenstromanlage und eine Whirlbank.
Unser Saunabereich verfügt über 3 kleine Saunen, welche auf Voranmeldung von 30 Minuten angeschalten werden. Dabei hat die Finnische Sauna eine Temeratur von ca. 90°C, das Dampfbad von ca. 70°C und das Odorium 52°C konstante beheizte Sitzbänke.
Für die langen Wartezeiten im Restaurant entschuldigen wir uns bei Ihnen.
