Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe booked this hotel because of the good reviews from the guests. Unfortunately we were disappointed. The staff brought a smile on their lips, neither the front desk nor in the restaurant. Characteristic for this, that a chef at the reception area on two newly arrived young German female guests, this with 'Buenos dias 'and a' Hello ' in response was given. The reaction of the pool, the two women in unfriendly tone in English educating, in Spain ' Buenos dias 'have to say and to answer on that basis would not in German. This behavior is outrageous, in a hotel, the German guests lived. The restaurant: breakfast was okay, nothing to complain about there. Unfortunately the staff did not care about the guests. You can sit there, waiting until someone came, so you can order a coffee. Usually no one came and at the latest after the two day You know, where the waiters in the dining room the coffee pots stand, so you can go and get itself. This rate is not each evening further, we could watch guests, the head waiter went and asked, why no service at the table. He had a specious excuse ready, it would be so much guests to come. The dining room was not even half booked. The first evening a bottle of wine from the wine list ordered, I got from the head waiter said 'I another, the better', which was then also four expensive €. I asked myself, whether the other wine on the map was bad. The bottle was then on the table, neither was served, let alone someone came to serve. The second night the bottle was on the table, when we were at the buffet, in order to get food. Also the note for the ordered drinks every day was chaotic. The food at the buffet in the evening nearly everything tasted the same. Furthermore, to the cheerful guesses, had no idea what we were eating, as only a few containers, in which the warm dishes were, were labeled. There was a map at the entrance, which goes to meals there, but what is the point of the, if you are going to the buffet and you don't know what is what. The negative experience was a centimeter (!) about five large Knochenstück in a fish casserole, which according to the sign should act to filet, and my mother almost could have been swallowed. It bordered on an assault, how can such a large piece of bone overlooked? To the rooms: furnishing was okay, but too small. We had a room facing the pool, you could still sleep with open balcony door did not, because of the noise window blind of the outside until the wee hours of the morning. So said door and air conditioning. This was, moreover, it was very quickly in the room and the beds were equipped only with thin sheets. There were no blankets in the closet, nothing. So you stood at three o'clock on, it had decreased from outside the noise level, and the balcony door opened. In process was during the entire holiday not to think. The bathroom was okay. However the window opened onto the balcony. All in all the hotel fulfilled our expectations in terms of service, friendliness and relaxation in any way. Good traffic connections to paguera to Palma is good.
