Location
very quiet out of season.
Better from Faro airport.
Tourists must know that as from December 8, 2011, they must pay within 5 days at any post office the km they used on the Algarve highway !!! No indication in another language but in Portuguese.
Inside swimming-pool. Small beaches. Very dangerous with small children.
Small market on the spot.
Helpful staff.
Some speak French, but very little. Better in English.
At the market : also Italian
Apartments clean.
Prefer 2nd floor, because many cats are around and try to enter in your apartment.
Self-service laundry available.
Gastronomy
Specials of the days are written in German only.
2 restaurants.
Good quality. Limited choice if you stay more than one week.
Very clean.

Tips and recommendations
As already said, the payment of the highway toll in Algarve will be a big problem for tourists. Starting such a use on December 8, is hardly believable.
Better season : Spring and Autumn. In December, most of the restaurants are closed.
