the vacation apartment includes double bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom, as well as a toilet. The furnishings is more normal standard and functional, however not the price accordingly.
cleanliness: when we arrived we found mold in the freezer of the refrigerator feast. Unfortunately this is toilet not heated, so that the door during the day always open stay must.
as seating possibility is only a table in the kitchen with the associated seat, as well as chairs since.
Internet: unfortunately agreed by our side only, for 20 euros the Wi-Fi to use. No clue from the landlord, that it is a Volumentarif acts. Our children stayed relatively a lot on the Internet, so that a volume of 5 days 3 Giga bite got together.
therefor were literally 88 euros! I repeat eightyeight euros. It is in times of flat rates a real anachronism.
here we could not negotiate and discuss.
we will not be vacation more there spend.

Hotelier's comment

Leider ist es bei dieser Vermietung zu Unstimmigkeiten gekommen. Bis jetzt hatten wir stets sehr zufriedene Mieter, die den Aufenthalt in unseren Wohnungen genossen haben.

Wir halten diese Bewertung für total überzogen, da wir immer größten Wert auf zufriedene Urlaubsgäste legen und stets darum bemüht sind, diesen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bieten. Offenbar hatte sich in diesem Fall beim Urlaubsgast, – aus welchen Gründen auch immer – Frust angestaut, den er mit einer äußerst negativen Bewertung loswerden wollte.

Unsere Ferienwohnungen sind so ausgestattet, wie man es aus dem Internet entnehmen kann. Daher finden wir es sehr verwunderlich, sich im Nachhinein darüber zu beschweren.

Bezüglich des Internets bleibt Folgendes festzustellen:
Wir hatten die Gäste bereits nach wenigen Tagen freundlich darauf hingewiesen, dass sie das vorher vereinbarte Limit für die Internet-Benutzung bereits weit überschritten hatten. Offenbar bestand deren einzige Urlaubsaktivität darin, im Internet zu surfen - und das bis tief in die Nacht - denn unser Hinweis wurde schlichtweg ignoriert.

Übrigens hat sich dieses Problem mittlerweile erledigt, da wir aufgrund einer verbesserten Internet-Anbindung unseren Gästen auch eine Flatrate anbieten können.

Auch nach diesem „Negativ-Eintrag“ konnten wir viele zufriedene Gäste in unserem Haus begrüßen, die nur leider hier noch keine positive Bewertung abgegeben
