On the move: What was good: the restaurant and the breakfast room was very good. Food was surprisingly and partly very delicious. What wasn't't so appealing: technology in the room (tv) dated, Mr Herrmann itself was not there, is better in other star restaurants, five course menu was included with aperitif-was set on the bill: it is essential so ahead gegenchecken account! Service in the restaurant could be more friendly and cordial, young clientele seems to be not too often. Breakfast staff very good!
