Hilton Bodrum Turkbuku Resort & Spa

The location was nice. The view was beautiful and unique,
It was very remote. There was not a next town and so it did not make any sense to just walk from the hotel.
The trolley drove too rarely but one got to the city anyway.

Well, little service here! Unfriendliness was almost on the daily agenda, a couple of the staff were very nice but hospitality was different.
Complaints about the room were for example waved aside, even when fully occupied they could have talked and acted nicer.
English was understood, but not in all areas.

Number of restaurants would be ok if they were accessible. But for the number of tourists during booked out seasons, rather too few seats.
The main restaurant had a nice location but the food was generally not warm. It had variety, there was something for everyone there.

If one wanted to lie at the beach in our opinion it was not the right place. The actual beach was very small and way too tight with beach chairs. Apart from that, the water and the bay were quite nice.

Size was really good. The furnishing was good and the minibar was ok.
The view was not worth mentioning. Daylight? Well, not available!! Ocean view was a must when booking othewise it happened that a wall was immediately in front. Terrace? About 1 sqm, 2 chairs fit on it, that was it.

Do not book here, it wasn't worth it. Even with oceanview this hotel was not a 5 star hotel. It should be sold, so one could anticipate what might happen here.
