Service worse than expected *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel has many positive sides, in comparison to the hotels we have visited in Turkey in the past (spacious rooms, very nice view, a sufficient number of loungers even without!! any reservation at the beach and pool, nicely mixed crowd, no overexcessive music, frequent live music).
Unfortunately the gastronomy area was clearly below the expectations for a 4- or 5-star hotel: the quality of the food is only achieved in the a-la-carte restaurants. The service staff makes an untrained impression - despite a communication in Turkish, only 40% of all wishes/orders are correctly carried out. Dishes are not cleared away after the guests leave, only after a request and are then only incompletely reset.
To be fair it needs to be said that the all-inclusive concept is not a motivation for the staff anymore, as tips are often not given.
