Appalling! Holes in the sheets.
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AShower head broken, holes in the sheets, no room kettle and charged €20 for two "free" coffees as there was no kettle. Porters overwhelmed and consequently don't turn up. All of this for €495 per night and can't all be blamed on Venice pricing and peak season. Neither Hilton or the hotel can be bothered to comment on these issues despite the threat of a bad review. Don't stay here.
