Nice location, so-so service *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AUnfortunately we were not welcome. The room service was disorganized and slow. Complaints were ignored by the front desk. The manager had us by mail upgraded commitment - the front desk was amazed and knew from nothing. After vierzigstündiger trip we had hoped like it! Flie nets in a fast, although further 5 hours to wait until we had our bungalow ready upon arrival. After a massive complaint we were given (! ) After 3 hours a Ersatzbungalow amid the garden without any view at the sea or plants. The next day we were allowed an overwater bungalow. We had the impression that the hotel is more suited for families with children as for couples like us to a dream vacation in the South Seas. It was noisy (especially in the restaurants) and it was a lot by other guests and rücksichtlos "gequalmt".
