In general recommendable hotel *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel was generally in a good and, above all, very clean impression. What disturbed me was, that I had already in December 2011 February 2011 for a room (knowing full well, that it was a standard room on the 5 floor was three), on arrival to a room--on the third floor, but right on the elbbrücken have received. The room was even though the windows total noisy! After my complaint at the front desk we were given another room on the fifth floor to the yard side, with the advice, that the bed was a little smaller than in the other room. It didn't bother me in the first instance, since my son only twelve years old. Until I the room came! That was clearly a single room! Much smaller, a blanket, a towel... So I went back to complain. After a few minutes and note, that I already have booked in February and expect a reasonable room, I was then again a double room on the third floor, to the yard side. Went so! Otherwise we felt very comfortable in the hotel. The staff was very friendly, the food was very good. The only small minus: on our floor was (!) for three days a car with dirty dishes! This was over the days more dishes piled up.
