Complaints were ignored, our only after the representative of the company I am taken I was helped immediately, is on behalf of Mr öger. The room cleaning left a lot to be desired, the bed sheets and towels are replaced every day when you want but with dusting, so it's not Sunday the food was good and ample kitchen has everything given. At the bar we were treated dgegen with some of the staff were very bad, to 23 o'clock everything was included but the cups in the coffee machines were cleared at 22.40, as well as in the dining room the buffet was cleared in time, so if you don't mind of a trip to late was only the rest got! The icing on the cake was in the hotel one day the sugar ran out, and took up the whole day you worried had. Entertainment program Lowest drawer on the voriegen year has everything to be bad. Result never again holiday point and spa, our friends and friends avoid this hotel
