we were very pleased. Everything was fine for us, on cold days, the whole house was heated. Helpful and friendly the staff was. The breakfast buffet was delicious, especially the cereal. Excursions, activities of Puerto Varas are excellent, they gave us good Advices in Casa Azul on the various ways and helped with the booking. We are looking for a five stars hotel, but a place to stay in this style and there was pretty much one of the best hotels we had been met in Chile.HCLFHLIt was nice, that we could use the Guest kitchen and a private box for our food and that we had the fridge behützen. A warm thanks to Casa Azul for a successful stay.
