Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ALet us begin with the good: the location of the hostel is perfect! It is located in a small side alley the big shopping street sierpes and the cathedral/Giralda are ten minutes walking distance. Rooms: we had a twin room shared bath in the already slammed the bed and you had to squeeze sideways through the door. Apart from the two beds there was an old worn out clothes closet available, but there was no more. We missed a table or small. Situated as it is at the building is an old building, the walls are sound-permeable as a piece of paper and you can hear all roommate around you are talking about. Day and night is a decent volume level. The community bathroom: I had a large laundry room with several showers, sinks and toilets. What was a bathroom, as you probably in other hotels as the bathroom to yourself: 1 lockable the room on the floor with 1 toilet, 1 sink, and a shower. I was honestly the cleanliness nicely surprised. However, you have to share the bathroom with a large number of rooms, so it was almost constantly occupied in the morning. A negative point: there are only a small component of warm water and as soon as it is exhausted, because all guests want to shower in the morning, there was only cold water! I waited until noon, before there was warm water. Breakfast: the breakfast was a joke! Directly at the entrance 'hall' (it was rather an entrance room) in front of the front desk four tables convival with a bowl of butter and a bowl of jam. The 'buffet' you can toast, cereal, ham and scheiblettenkäse take form front. There is orange juice or milk. There is a vending machine, which makes a very whatsoever and if you're lucky, he spits a even a coffee from! The use of the machines is free throughout the day. Cleanliness: the room every day is' cleaned ', which means but rather, the bed with the sheets being changed. If all the bed sheets before use without them was changed, I don't want to know. On my ceiling ringelte in any case, a thick, black hair, definitely not for us, since we have bright hair. The floors were swept in four days. Other: the front desk 24 hour is open, the staff were friendly and helpful (the receptionist more, the other less), but speaks mostly only speak Spanish. The roof terrace is nice. There were a couple of chairs, a small table and a hammock. Unfortunately, you had no view of the whole city, but the sitting on the terrace was beautiful. Internet: luckily I had my own laptop, with which you can easily combine with the Wi-Fi. Otherwise there was on each floor a worn out computers, which actually always someone sits. During our visit the computer was on the second floor not functional anymore! Conclusion: the level is lower than the Seville, what we are used to in Germany, however, this hostal is quite adventurous and only for robust guests, many things are not as good. On my next visit to Seville I would try another hostal.
