Dream vacation on a dream beach *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A Awonderful and modern area! Everything was very clean and well maintained. The resort has since December 2009, but since the resort officially on September ' 10 opened, the resort was not yet completely fully catered for. The friendly Custumer service manager told us, that this reason unfortunately not everything is perfect. And so was missing for example in the bathroom towel hooks and towel rack. Also had the complex (at that time) no pool shower it was a typical Thai vessel (in the nature one very large flower vase) the filled with water and over small Kokusnussschälchen had, so that the feet of sand could escape. Furthermore there is no breakfast buffet, but a good& rich breakfast à la carte. You could choose between different menus-especially I can recommend the healthy breakfast, but the American breakfast very good is. The whole staff speak at least enough good English, so we always understood were.
great it was, that you free internet access has. You should laptop or something like that, you get a 'key', which you can access the Internet has. Even without brought laptop we could use the Internet. This just in office and immediately you get allocated a computer.
the rooms are, as already mentioned, very modern furnished and clean. The rooms are equipped with telephone, flat screen TV, kettle, hair dryer, flashlight... There are also a bathrobe, Flip-flops and umbrellas available. Every afternoon we got fresh sweet Delights to our room.
a small something however, we disliked something. And on one day we had undesirable visit cockroaches. In addition there were bathroom a few small Ants. The manager apologized immediately and we were allowed our bungalow a other, better exchange. We were explained, that cockroaches in Thailand known problem and it unfortunately can occur, that cleaning of the rooms the cockroaches come into the room may, since the door is open.
but otherwise everything was to our complete satisfaction.
I must add, however, that the hotel is for those, who want peace and relaxation search. Here you can relax. A lot entertainment and leisure opportunities offers the area but not.
