Hotel Ad Turres

As mentioned above, the hotel is located on a pretty steep hill. At the bottom of the hill to the beach and about 10 minutes to the city center there is the first shopping opportunities.

The front desk staff was partly somewhat surly, the maid but really very friendly and obliging. The rooms were always thoroughly cleaned.

For a 2 ** hotel was the food, the selection of the dishes is a little to be desired. But there was always enough available. As the hotel itself is also the restaurant was a bit dated.

There is a pool, most of the tour bus (especially teenagers) is crowded. Nothing to relax, but the showering facilities are clean. Otherwise there is a bowling alley for example that I did not try but itself.

The rooms are somewhat small and calm, the furniture is old, but the beds are very comfortable and clean (cockroaches or other animals we couldnt see). The bathroom was old, but clean. What I didn't like was that we were the only room without balcony or terrace, although we were told that it had a room with a balcony or terrace.

So people were constantly - if you should maybe. just another hotel in another star category search! For a 2 ** hotel in Croatia is the ad Turres standard. If you spend vacation time mostly anyway outside of the hotel you want to spend (so on the beach, trips, etc) and didn't have any big requirements, you can check in. All other walk in a 3 *** - or more hotel.
