Rather disappointing *

The price/value for money was all in all ok. What we needed for a 3 star hotel but turned is expected to have the following: - a maid, what without knocking on middle of, whether guests there toward. could not be dressed. Towels were not changed 4 days stay. -Bathroom has not been cleaned. -Very uniform breakfast ( only one sort of cheese and ham) -an orange juice, the more to a chemical accident than oranges liked. -were stray cats on chairs and tables for breakfast CHIPPED ( the staff dont seem to care about this hardly ... ) -A manager was the value for the whole duration of stay to keep our passports ( ... What ever)
