Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AOur holiday in the hotel Akti Ouranopoli we liked it very much. If you prefer a sensitive sleeper should sideways room is the coastal road is 95 degrees in the early hours of the morning noisy ( with an open window). The hotel staff was always friendly and courteous, but mostly spoke English, a few employees spoke German. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel, from there you can go to agía triás (5 minutes, 2.80 € for two), after Ierissos, Arnea and Thessaloniki. Generally option is the lending a 5mph speed limit, which you are right on the beach (to the left of the hotel beach get it cost 55 € + about 20 € petrol and right from the hotel beach for 35 € and about 20 € petrol for the whole day for you to use). In addition, there is a trip on the pirate ship along the Athosklöster very nice. We rented a car for 3 days as we were in Kavala (2.5 hours each way)- this was very nice, the sithonia peninsula is also very nice, the peninsula Kassandra, one could save. Also, every Wednesday a beach party right on the hotel beach, which is also very entertaining. We stayed in the low season, the hotel food was ok, but there was for the whole two week not even fish. If you a wide selection of food worthy, then at the hotel Ouranopoli wrong. Also for fruit there were only watermelon and in the last few days only apple, which in Zirtone impregnated was. The food in general was edible, variation was missing though. All in all, the hotel and the beach nice + clean, great staff, only at the choice of food you do need to cut back. But it was generally a nice holiday, and the hotel is certainly recommend to vacationers seeking which with basic food zurfiedengeben.
