Das relativ neue Hotel liegt in einem wenig erschlossenen Gebiet in der Nähe der Kreuzfahrerburg Krak des Chevaliers. Es verfügt über einen Pool, der aber noch nicht gefüllt war. Im Umkreis gibt es als Geschäfte nur einen Weinladen sowie ein paar spärlich besuchte Lokale. Das Hotel selbst ist innen noch nicht ganz fertig ausgebaut. Die Zimmer mit Balkon sind relativ klein und ungemütlich. Obwohl das Hotel noch neu ist, zeigen sich im Bad schon Schimmelflecken. Im Treppenhaus und an den Aufzügen befinden sich überall gefährliche kleine Stufen über die man stolpern kann. Außerdem fehlt im Treppenhaus ein Geländer. Das Restaurant bietet teilweise einen schönen Blick auf die Kreuzfahrerburg. Die Stühle sind alle mit einer Decke überspannt, damit man nicht sofort merkt, dass sich darunter die billigsten Plastikstühle verbergen. Das Abendessen und das Frühstück waren unterer Durchschnitt.
