Good & nice hotel, with small drawbacks. *

I would go back to this hotel again as it is very Central. All attractions are within easy walking distance to Venice to reach. Also the breakfast buffet was very good and perfectly adequate.
What we found was the bit of a shame that the staff was not friendly and courteous. All the front desk/reception before!
