Hotel Alaiye Resort

two hours from the airport abit of a drag after the flight but worth it.. the beach not far from the main building nice walk. plenty of trips if you want them. poor selection of shops all sell the same things and not many of them.

very nice staff alround, but the animation team, what more can you say 100% fab never had it so good the hotel needs to give them all a bonus. never used the additional services,eg laundry and doctor. the staff seemed very good with english and managed to get buy but the english at reception not to good, and would have thought that would have been the best. room cleaning great really nice friendly kind great job. never got the extra pillows we requested twice and never recieved the wine and friut we were promised butt that is my only moan. my husband was not keen on one of the photo guys, very nice to you when he was trying to get your money,and nice on the photo shoot. but when was looking through the slide show picking photos he rushed you through and put you under pressure to pick, so dont really no if w choose the right ones and agree with my husband on that.

good food good selection but a bit boring at times, but very nice always found somthing we liked. very clean dining areas lots of staff to help things flow very well. tipping felt under pressure to give to waiters and not tip box, was even told this on a number times buy waiters to give to them and not box, even when there service was not that great. but never felt under pressure buy bar staff or lady members of staff only male waiters but not all of them just the same few.

the animation team the best ever, would go back just for them fab. never did the beach not easy if in a wheelchair or mobility problems, but was offered help. pool great, but if you wanted a sunbed then that would be a major problem after 8, selfish guest saved beds and never used them for hours and hours not fair for people wanting to sleep a little longer. also guests saved beds in the sun and shade, once again not fair. the hotel did there best but never going to work, not enough beds for guests, so always going to have problems in the busy times. also the pool area very slippery so lots of falls and breaks and cuts, but hotel tried hard but with lots of water and children hard to maintain. now back to the good great pool very clean and well kept. lots of activities the team do a great job just great.

family room great size the best we have had. very clean, great staff only to happy to help. could do with some rooms to have just a shower and no bath, this would have made it much better for people like myself who have mobility problems. other then that fab room great balcony.

only one tip if you ar in a family room and have mobility problems there are 3 steps to go up, after you come out of the lift, not bad but if you have a wheelchair of mobility scooter major problem no slope so after two weeks of lifting up and down nightmare.
