Pleasant hotel *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel is very big, but the different houses (each one has 4 floors) are not like bunkers. Apart from the washroom, the hotel is in a very good condition. The breakfast's buffet is very good an it offeres an extensive variety of food. The dinner is not the best. The entire facility is adequate for handicapped people. The personnel is very considerate in that the hotel is ideal for vacations with kids and handicapped people.
Location
The hotel is right on the beautiful 'Playa del Muro' beach, not Alcudia! It has a small store and bus connections to the neighbot hotels.
The staff is friendly and very helpful. There is a doctor and a small laundry room. The rooms were cleaned deeply almost every day.
Gastronomy
The main restaurant with buffet (wih half pension) is not the best, but that is personal taste. The trattoria is not recommendable, we ate a pizza there and it did not taste good. The burgers in the burger restaurant are ok. The bars are comfortable.
Sport & Entertainment
There was a tennis court and a beachvolleyball filed. There are no water sports announced, but there are almost no waves. There is entretainment every night, specially for the kids. The pool is wonderful, it has a big slide.
Room
The rooms are nice and clean. The washroom, specially the shower, should be renovated. The towels were often changed.
Tips and recommendations
I would go there in spring because the insel is dry. The landscape, but the beaches in particular are very nice.
