Aldemar Cretan Village - Vol.6
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ACretan Village we are visiting every summer during 3 years. This June was our 6th (!) time at the hotel. I think this fact is the best explanation why we are strongly recommended this hotel for the holidays in Crete. Last year I already posted my detail review about Cretan Village (available by link: http://www.holidaycheck.com/detail-reviews_Hotel+Aldemar+Cretan+Village+Nice+comfy+hotel-ch_hb-id_1327455.html?typ=1&originalID=1327455&originalSprache=en). This season we found some pleasant innovations at the hotel and would like to share this useful information with next CV guests. Here it is by points:
1. Renovated building of mini-club for children. Bright colorful house, with playground, swings, special water pool and even covered stage for show program for children. From July will be open a “maxi-club” – for children 12-17 years.
2. Widen menu at the restaurants. The gastronomy is usually very good in Cretan Village: variety of meat, fish and seafood, fruits, bakery and sweets. At the main restaurant opened a “healthy corner”: diet milk products, low-fat meat and fish, many fruits and bread crisps.
3. Night disco was added to the entertainment program at the hotel - twice a week (Tue, Sat) from 11p.m. until 1:00, near the “Milos’ pool bar.
4. Free WiFi Internet access – available on the reception, hall and main bar “Panorama”.
What is keeping in force – traditional Greek hospitability, friendly staff and excellent service. For sure we will come to Cretan Village next year and many-many year in future.
