Nice holiday in a great hotel *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe spent our summer holidays in August 2011 here in Crete and we felt very comfortable in this hotel. The guests were International, which for us but rather increased the Reitz. The hotel management is therefore International. In all areas of the hotel are we with English and sometimes also with German well come through. We would like to say the following areas in particular:
Rooms: the rooms are big enough for the family, very nice and clean. We had a family apartment (with two rooms). Here you have to be careful, the Tour operator often no clear distinction between rooms (one room) and apartment.
Food: The food is varied. In the main restaurant you can choose between about 20 dishes. About ten will vary on a daily basis. Next to the main restaurant there are several other dining options, but we never used it.
Service: we were greeted in the entire 14 days was perfect and very friendly. From the cleaning lady to the front desk to the restaurant were all very helpful.
Hotel: the hotel is very large, but due to the architecture is hardly noticeable. Certainly one could update here and there times somewhat. That didn't bother us but hardly. All the important places are within easy reach. The view of the ocean is great.
Kids Club: the kids club was great. We are not assumed, that the kids club spoke German. The most important things for the kids entertainers spoke German. Our children (7 and 10) have quickly made friends with German, Belgian and French children.
Entertainment: the entertainment get the best value. I am sure, that the entertainment was in a five-star hotel to be. With a discreet way was the whole day activity. The shows in the evening were top notch.
Sea: the sea is on a sand/Pebble beach and in the ocean there are some large stones, the run into the sea not very easy. The leisure activity options at the hotel description of 'happy' as simply Sandy not true. Other tour operators are clearly more honest. However, we were daily at the beach and at the stones there is much to see while snorkeling.
We enjoyed our holiday and we would definitely recommend this hotel!
