Fun, laughter & sunshine all the way

Staff were wonderful wherever we went. Polite, friendly, professional, helpful - always aiming to please.
Rooms thoroughly cleaned daily - cheerful, smiling faces every day.
Range of food available was very good & dining room staff couldn't have been more helpful. We were 3 generations & there was always far more choice than we could possibly hope for tho my grandson would have liked chips occasionally. Mind you he more than made up for it in so many other areas!!
2nd week saw many Eastern Europeans there - mainly Russian I think. Overall not the friendliest of fellow holiday makers but not thast basd either.
Location
Beautiful location - hotel grounds gently roll down to private beach with pedaloes, water rides etc. Only drawback would be long winding hill if you wanted to 'see' the other side.
Good easy walk along the coast to Hersonnisos.
I would advise you to book excursions with reps - we booked via reception & it could have been better. VERY little available information given despite returning 3 times & being promised info from Tour Operator - never arrived. The reception staff were polite & professional but I feel they didn't have the knowledge or contacts to ensure the info got to you.
As previously said - service throughout the 14 days was superb wherever we went. Cannot fault it & would recommend to anyone.
All staff appear genuinely kenn to be as helpful as possible. The language was never a problem as English is well spoken everywhere.
The Animation Team are absolutely FANTASTIC!!!!!!! Such enthusiasm & warmth - really was exceptional. The shows & performances were amazing. Also - the activities & events throiughout the day - always smiles, laughter & encouragement for all ages.
Gastronomy
Plenty, plenty of choices available in manin dining room.
food also very good at beach bar, kiddies areas & main bar.
We all enjoyed our visits to the Amorosa & Fontana restaurants - a little bit of luxury for all!
Sport & Entertainment
As I said the Animation Team were absolutle brilliant. |Couldn't fault them in anyway. BRAVO!!!!!!
The staff at the 'bottom' pool bar were fantastic - after 1st day just remembered what we wanted & nothing was too much trouble. we really were spoiled and would really like to repeat the experience again soon.
Room
Everything we expected in rooms - cleanliness is obviously a high priority for all the staff.
Tips and recommendations
Although there is no obvious expectation we did tip some of the staf on leaving as we appreciated their extra commitment
