Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel was just dirty: pools, rooms, furniture in the room, mattresses-everything below normal hygiene standards as much. The room was very cold and had no-insulated, so we caught a cold from all sleeping in the freezing cold room. The front desk staff completely ignorant when you approach which write polite and friendly with a request to help with the problem and would only reenact and do something when guest would complain behave very demanding a lot or.

We regret that we were not able to satisfy some of your needs. Though, even prior to your arrival we tried our best to fulfill your preferences allocating you in a Sea Front Family Room with wooden floor which is one of the best and privileged rooms at our hotel! If, for any reason, the heating of the room was not enough for your preferences, there could be a change in another room instead of letting a simple matter affecting your holidays’ mood and apparently the whole impression for our hotel.
We are always acting on good will as our company’s primary intention is to fulfill the wishes and meeting the preferences of our guests. This is the main reason of having repeated guests for many years as well as a high rating of satisfaction of our guests.
Our sincere intention is to provide pleasant and relaxing holidays to our guests.
We honestly believe that we worth much better than your rating and we will be happy to give us the chance to prove it the next time you will choose to spend our holidays at our hotel.
