Over-rated
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AGrossly over-rated expensive hotel. We booked VIP sea view room but did not get:-
1) Welcome cocktail
2) Slippers
Location
Very remote with few local servises
Reception was good but Dining Room Managers were very misourable and not welcoming
Gastronomy
Basic food. Lacked variety, imagination and style. Layout of food area large and uninteresting. Wine and water extortionately priced. Over Euro 20 for poor local wine and Euro 2. 60 for a bottle of water! If you ordered a bottle of wine but did not drink it all, you could not return to the dining room with the part bottle, which had clearly been purchased at the hotel. A rediculous rule.
Sport & Entertainment
Pools very good. Any daytime or evening entertainment very poorly advertised. Eveninf entertainment very poor and vitually non existant. Totally inadequate for 5* hotel
Room
Good rooms but our balcony was so small you could hardly move around and sit comfortably.
