Hotel Aldemar Knossos Royal & Royal Villas

The hotel has very nice location by the beach. About 30min coach form the airport and 2km from the closest city Hersonisos. Some souvenir shops and mini market at the hotel and a big market just outside the hotel.

Well, I’ve been to some places and all I can say it that the service around the hotel was great. Everyone’s smiling and helpful. The animation team were grat also… they did their animation program during the day and had time to talk and play with kids. Rooms were cleand everyday.

Choice of food was amazing all kind of everything. Three times a week were special evenings with international food. If you didn’t make to a breakfast then you could eat something at the snack bar. When you were still hungry then you just could go to the snack bar till 12AM and get some hot food. Additional two a’ la carte restaurants were available:
1. Taverna Artemis – very nice and delicious Greek food
2. Fontana Amorosa – very, very lovely restaurant with awesome food. We got there the best dinners ever. Amazing views, life music, choice of vines and at the end nice talk with a Chef (greetings).
The drinks … well there were about a 4-5 places to get a drink all over the hotel. What were served impressed us much. You could have anything from just a water through variety of juices, coffees, hot chocolate, beers, wines, whiskies and all of it with all inclusive. When you were to pay you could easily get dom perignon or blue label.

The hotel has very nice location, views from restaurant and main bar were just amazing and chilling. Every night at the main bar was life music or disco. There is also an amphitheater at the hotel where evening animations took place. Mini disco for children and then some shows for adults. During the day the animation team organized some dance lessons, sport games or aqua aerobic around the pools and beach. Tennis courts were available too.

Room was comfy and big. A TV, fridge and a safe which we were barley using. Two bathrooms one with a bath/shower and one with toilet. Baths were clean and decent sized. Each room has separate air-condition control.
