We loved Halkidiki
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AFirst time in Greece for us and we loved every single moment.It was a big plus that Greeks are Christian Orthodoxs and we felt like home there.
Alexander Hotel has even a small church in their premises where they do the Orthodox Easter and you can visit it everyday and on Sundays!
ABout the hotel itself, it left us with nice impressions. It has one main building (we stayed in 3rd floor) and 4 or 5 smaller Bungalows and big gardens.
You can go to the beach using a lift and the sea was warm and clean.
Food was nice although we booked only breakfast and visited the nearby tavernas in the evenings.
Greeks are very friendly to Russians and we believe we will visit Halkidiki soon again.
