Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AStayed here with my wife and two daughters aged 10 & 8 for a three night short ski break and had a truly fantastic time. The food is phenomenal - beautifully cooked and presented. We tried things we'd never tried before such as the wonderful Barley soup and many other gastronomic delights.
The swimming pool was small but never crowded and the water jets massaged the muscles after a hard days skiing.
We had a lovely room with splendid views from the balcony. The hotel was spotless. Our room and the public areas were kept beautifully clean.
As mentioned by a previous poster, you can ski back to the hotel from the bottom of the gondola and there is a room to store your skis and boots.
Finally the service was superb. They will gladly pick you up and drop you off at the station and were always very friendly. Very nice touch to provide welcoming drinks and Nicolas, the owner's son, took time to sit down with us and provide information about the hotel and resort.
Already looking forward to going back again next year - great place to stay.

Nice pool. It's small but it's a small hotel so having a pool was an unexpected bonus.

Very clean throughout. Only downside is the creaking floorboards but you have to expect that with an old, but very well maintained, building
