Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AMy holiday there was with the worst thing I had ever experienced at this hotel chain. Usually the hotel chain was better than comparable chains of the ACCOR group. For the price of 43 € per night one could absolutely expect more.
I had seen several rooms and all were just as bad.
From dirty bed sheets, very unclean windows, cheap door frames ( bare thin wood--untreated and unvarnished).
The carpet was really dirty. The racks in the toilet for hand towels were loose. The light above the sink in the bathroom was loose and could drop down at any moment. Bare electric wires in the bathroom!!!!
The buffet was also very poor. Only the lobby was ok.
Also it bothered me that very, very many Indians and Pakistani were in the same hotel and these were very loud. I was actually told that at reception and they apologized. I finally got a room on the top floor which usually only had certain guests. This room also left much to be desired.
Location
The hotel actually had a good location near the city. It took about 5 minutes to the next large street where one could hop in one of the many taxis. To "Tops" shopping center it was about 8 minutes comfortably walking. Motorcycle taxis mostly stood directly in front of the hotel. On the opposite side of the street there was an old construction ruin.
They tried to be helpful, but if the staff did not know the way to the shopping center which was "only" 300m away, it did not make a good impression.
Gastronomy
With only one restaurant not really great. Breakfast buffet wasn't exactly great. Small selection.
Sport & Entertainment
I saw no offers. The pool--rather small--was located on the 4th floor. As well as the spa area. This made a good and competent impression. At the pool bar I had to wait a whole 15 minutes to order a drink. Also it took a while longer to pay.

As mentioned above--castatrophic!!!

Tips and recommendations
Just avoid this hotel.
Here a lot needed renovation. On the 8th floor there was no cell phone reception!
The internet was offered in the hotel only for extra charge as WLan.
Price-performance ratio was not at all right!!
