We didn't get renovated rooms first offered. These smelled of wet paint ( though they are not renovated ... The hallway looked like it? ), were small and the walls were really did not look nice anymore. Room change for two of the four colleagues was however, took 30 minutes. For the other two colleagues were said to be no better room verfpgbar. I think these rooms you shouldn't "sell". The other rooms are good.
