Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AModern and pleasant hotel in walking close to the old town. The staff is professional and very friendly. Over a longer period of time in the hotel, however, is being affected by the construction works to be expected; we had no noise, but some. Poor ventilation in the hallways. The breakfast is good and 4 *, the Italian restaurant is not, despite hefty prices (well, Switzerland)-a shame, because the garden with ponds is really lovely. Traffic noise we had hardly any, therefor you can hear with the windows opened the tram and the late night revellers from the casino we stayed as a family with my parents-in-law and in London, in order to send the OPA major balloon ride. In the room the seniors was only one blanket (something like that should not really happen), and unfortunately they were too timid, have had to call the front desk; the remote control for the A/c is unfortunately not. Therefor the fresh baptized balloonist after its return, a substantial breakfast, even though it was after 11:00. Nice was also the spacious politics: 100% free of charge for our two, four years and seven years and despite the eBay coupon the new and the old Bärengraben Tramdepot with beer, pretzel and view of the old town are really nice.
