Hotel Alma di Alghero

The hotel has a very good situation. From the airport to the hotel one drives about 10 minutes with the taxi (approx. € 20.00). One reaches the beach to foot in 2 minutes. One needs to go only over the road. One reaches the center of Alghero and the old part of town (very much tourism) in about 15 minutes. Depending on one to foot on the way is as fast. A large supermarket is also alike in the proximity (5-10 minutes to foot). Otherwise the island is very, very large. If one liked itself to regard something in the proximity, one must count for a distance at least with one hour travel time.

The hotel personnel was very, very friendly and helpful. In addition everyone spoke very well English. We took ourselves also a renting car (€ 225.00) of the hotel for 3 day. That functioned all super. The room was deseamed also each day and when desired could have one each time fresh towels. It gave complaints from our side none. On the last day we must have go out-hit a corner to at the latest 11:00 clock, our return flight went however only in the evening. We could leave all our things still in the hotel and before it went with the taxi to the airport, we could shower and move still in a very beautiful area.

In the city Alghero one finds completely, whole many restaurants and bars. One must count on about €25,00 - €30,00 for 2 persons per dinner. In the old part of town it is some more expensive. Most expensive which we drank in the old part of town, were a Heineken around €5,00. Otherwise I can say only that the Italian was very good kitchen. Above all the pizza.

Sport and leisure offers one did not need by us! The hotel possesses however no pool. At the beach me beach chairs + given payment (€ 15.00) can take itself sun screens.

See description “hotel generally”! The rooms were equipped with a shower, a wash basin, a WC, a foehn, towels, mini bar and a television (by us one did not use).
