Toller Urlaub mit ärgerlicher Einschränkung!

Insgesamt hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub. Einziger aber doch sehr ärgerlicher Wehrmutstropfen war, dass in unseren Familienzimmer (2 Räume) im Badezimmer und im Schlafzimmer die Heizung ausgefallen war. Hiermit war leider die Geschäftsführung des Hotels eindeutig überfordert. Mann hat dies innerhalb einer Woche nicht beheben können. Somit konnte unser Sohn (2 Jahre) nicht im dafür vorgesehenen Extraraum schlafen. Auch ein zur Verfügung gestellter Heizungslüfter war kein zufriedenstellende Maßnahme. Bei Abreise hat mann uns aber den vollen Zimmerpreis berechnet. Rückfragen hierzu wurden sehr patzig abgewiesen. Hier hätten wir uns eindeutig mehr Kulanz gewünscht, zumal wir ständig selber nach dem Stand der Dinge fragen mussten. Und der Ton macht die Musik!!!!
