Nice wellness hotel with two negative points *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AActually we liked the hotel and resort zauchensee-especially the spa area of the hotel is recommendable! The negatives are as follows: first on a short-circuit in the hotel's dryers I caught a Brandverletzung. The hotel management is only comment a brand ointment-Let...! Second the price for our dog (without food and dog basket) was almost as high as for our son for the whole week-disproportionately expensive in my opinion!

Sehr geehrte Frau Petra.Wir freuen uns, dass Sie sich mit Ihrer Familie in unserem Wellnesshotel wohl gefühlt haben. Leider habe ich nur erfahren, dass der defekte Föhn ausgetauscht wurde. Das Sie sich leicht verletzt haben, ist nicht an mich weitergeleitet worden! Dies tut uns natürlich sehr leid uns sollte nicht passieren!!!
Trotzdem hoffe ich, dass Sie und Ihre Familie den wohl verdienten Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen konnten.
