Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AIn this small, but fine Hotel makes you feel really welcome. Kitchen was very good, everything freshly prepared and good taste. The room with a view of Meran was quiet and had a marvelous view. The neo-hoteliers (Andreas and Christa) do their jobs very well, personal and family atmosphere in a pleasant. Please enter great insider tips from the area. Small and fine if you are looking for, it was exactly right here. (In the evening) meal could be a little more flexible, safe in the room would not be inconvenient. Will be back.

Vielen Dank für das positive Feedback. Gerne möchten wir zu den kritischen Anmerkungen Stellung nehmen:1. Natürlich gibt es in jedem Zimmer einen Safe. Dass dieser nicht sofort auffindbar ist erhöht die Sicherheit. Normalerweise werden die Gäste beim Check-in darauf hingewiesen. Wenn das in diesem Fall nicht passiert sein sollte, wäre dies ein bedauerlicher Einzelfall.
2. Wie Sie richtig bemerken, wird bei uns alles frisch gekocht und auf Convenience-Produkte verzichtet. Damit diese Frische auch in der gewünschten Qualität beim Gast ankommt, haben wir die Essenszeiten nicht sehr flexibel gestaltet. Wenn jedoch Gäste besondere Anforderungen haben (z. B. aufgrund späterer Anreise, längerer Ausflüge oder anspruchsvoller Wanderungen) sind wir - auf Anfrage und Voranmeldung - immer gerne bereit auch nach den "normalen" Essenszeiten noch etwas Leckeres auf den Tisch zu bringen.
