Catastrophic service *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWhen we arrived at the hotel, we had to wait for service; the front desk was not occupied. An apology for the long wait there was no. The Hotel infrastructure we were not shown; only on the way to the room we were shown. The dinner we were told, would be around 19.00 o'clock served. This was a clear message! What we had in any hotel found have: for the napkins were on the table 'napkins-material wrap' provided. So can the same napkin for those whole stay again and again be used; a disaster! Also the tablesclothes in the five days only once changed. Luckily we had weather-bound a lovely week and nice excursions and hiking tours undertake; therefor we have traveled to South Tyrol. But the hotel Alpen races we will certainly never visit more...
