Quiet, centrally located, friendly staff *

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially at the front desk (Damian and Natacha).
Very quiet location in the centre of the city. Nearby main station, Cultural Center and Lake.
Almost all of the sights of the city are within walking distance reachable.
