And now to my complaints. We arrived late in the evening around 10:00 P. M. and due to many construction sites around the hotel and parking lot with parking permit (The Sunday) for the hotel parking (five €/ day is okay) decided, located across the street from the hotel. We have a key to open the gate to get. However, the gate was not too close and not too over the weekend.
After a climb up to the third floor, we got into our double room at number 34. First impression was good. The few stains on the carpet, you can be overlooked. Then it went into the bathroom. This bath strotzte in the shower of mold. Not only on the silicone, but also in the tile joins. Of the fossil shower door and the dirty corners not to mention. The hair from the previous guests stuck in shower and toilet. The hair dryer also had for a long time no cleaner means the ocean. Since we knew, that this hotel was fully booked and we had a long drive behind us, we moved our complaint on the next day.
The very friendly receptionist assured us, that they would send a cleaning maid. When we came back late in the evening and our bathroom inspected, had done little. Hair stuck always everywhere in the shower (okay this time our were there) lime and mold and the wet floor mat as the morning hung over the shower joined threshold and smelled before itself. A new towel you participated in the US.
When we checked out we complained about the superficial cleaning. Basically said we got in response, the unsanitary conditions know, that the hotel is a new owner and he started from below, the rooms to redevelop. Printed a bill of 234 €and wish us a good day and went to the next guest. We are open to the mouth. They are neither against nor for the price we have received an apology for the hygiene conditions. Our conclusion: for 20 €a night more, you can go to the five-star hotel 'russischer Hof', which is right next to the congress centre or get a room in the lower floors.
